This is a confirming piece for sure. In Catholic school I was taught that faith was "believing what you do not understand." Not surprisingly, I had trouble with this. It was not the road to wisdom as I think early Christians believed. Rather, it seemed like keeping yourself perpetually infantilized. I've come to see this in a different light from these stories.
